I don't get this pick at all, this is terrible aspecially when we could've secured a NT for the future.
Sorry, but that pick ruined the entire night for me right there. Adams, I'm warming up to because of the article by ED. |

Hmmm.
I love Sean Spence. I think he's a great player, but I confess I'd taken him off my radar because I couldn't see how he fit anywhere other than OLB in the 4-3. Not sure how he translates to us. He's a top-notch baller, I just don't know where we'll play him. I wonder if the Steelers have a position in mind, or are they just figuring he's good and they'll find a way to get him on the field... |

Sean Spence, OLB, Miami
Height: 5-11. Weight: 231. 40 Time: 4.56. 10-Yd Split: 1.59. Bench: 12. Vertical: 33.5. Broad: 9-11. Arm: 31 1/2. Hand: 9 3/8. Projected Round (2012): 3-4. 4/25/12: Spence ran well at the Combine, but he showed a lack of strength with the lowest total on the bench press of any linebacker. It was by a wide margin as well. There is a wide variety in the opinions on Spence, but he should be a solid mid-round pick. In 2011, Spence was all over the field, yet constantly around the football, for Miami. He is a good tackler who rarely gets caught out of position. Spence had 106 tackles with 14 tackles for a loss, three sacks and a forced fumble this year. He played very well against Georgia Tech, Miami and many other opponents. The only thing that holds Spence back from being ranked higher is a lack of size. Getting off blocks could be an issue for him at the next level. Spence's draft stock has been bouncing between the second and third day. He is undersized and only a fit for 4-3 defenses, so that hurts the number of teams that can consider him |
