I'm torn on the Ron Artest incident.  Part of me says the guy doesn't have enough of a functioning brain for it to be pre-meditated.  The other part?  Well, he certainly looked like he meant to do it. 

Whether or not he's suspended is not the debate.  It's just a question of how many games.  If I were him, this would be my strategy.  I am, officially, Meta World Peace.  Meta World Peace is not a repeat offender.  Give me a fine and let's move on. David Stern might view it somewhat differently.

This is going to be the 14th time he's suspended?  Wow.  I never would have thought it was that much.  Maybe the games.  He got 60 some games for the Detroit thing alone.
